Magnet tension unit for thick wire

This tensioner is suitable for thick wire.
This tensioner adopts non-contact type braking system to achieve stable tension and durability. Solenoid clutch turns tension on/off. In case of terminals being wound by hand turn off tension and the wire can be pulled out easily.
When wire breaks tension bar retracts to the highest position actuating the alarm switch and machine stops running by the effect of wire-break detecting micro switch.
this tensioner is compatible with any TANAC auto winding machine.
